The West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce wants to put some shade over the new Thursday night farmers market at 1271 West Capitol Avenue.
To fund the “colorful shade sails,” there will be a fundraising party on Sept. 30, from 6-10 p.m at the site. The “Corks Kegs” event will feature live music from “Flat Busted” and “Lady and the Tramp,” as well as beer and wine tasting, food, and a commemorative beer tasting glass for the “Gimme Shelter” event. $40/person, must be at least 21.
