The River City High School varsity football team had a tough match against El Camino on Friday. The Raiders had a slim 22-20 lead with little more than a minute left in the game, when El Camino threw a pass — which was intercepted by the Raiders’  Malik Dumez near the goal line, to preserve the win. Leading Raider rushers included Uriah Clark with 78 yards, Malik Dumetz, 65 yards (including a 53-yard touchdown reception); Adam Tyson, 49 yards; Orlando Drake, 44 yards and a 31-yard touchdown run. Quarterback Joey Beall was six for seven in passing, with a TD throw.
