River City Rowing Club invites the public to an “open house fundraiser,” with a barbecue, beer garden, live music and silent auction, from 3-7 p.m. on Sat., Sept. 24 at the Port of West Sacramento. $25/adults ($40/couple), $7 for ages 12-20, free to kids under 12.
