5K & 10K walks of Clarksburg

Join the Sacramento Walking Sticks Volkssport Club in a walking tour of rural Clarksburg on Sat., Oct. 22. Register from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Delta High School, 52810 Netherlands Rd., and finish by 4 p.m. Free, but you can pay $3 for “volkswalk” credit. There will be a 5k and a 10k route, featuring the town of Clarksburg and its rural surroundings, including optional wine tasting at the Old Sugar Mill.
