A West Sacramento man went to jail Sunday night after allegedly vandalizing California’s state capitol building, the treasurer’s office and Sacramento city hall.
A CHP spokesperson said Dopkins told police he was trying to get attention because “he had a lot of solutions the government needed to know about.”
