NEWS-LEDGER ONLINE — MARCH 9, 2012 –
River City High High announced it has just hired Steve DaPrato of West Sacramento as new head football coach. DaPrato has coached at the high school and collegiate level, including Chabot College.
He will fill the post left vacant by former coach Arturo Bustamante, who is facing legal trouble following accusations of molestation by several female students.
DaPrato has filled the coaching position “effective immediately,” reports Principal Katie Nemer and her staff.
