NEWS-LEDGER ONLINE –
A few minutes ago, authorities reopened the Yolo Causeway connecting West Sacramento and points west. Traffic has been backed up for over six hours as the freeway was closed for the search for a fugitive (see prior post).
Expect some traffic problems on local freeways in the next few hours as drivers catch up on their travel plans.
