FROM THE NEWS-LEDGER — APRIL 24, 2013 –
Earth Day festivities on Saturday, April 20, at the West Sacramento Community Center included environmentally-related information booths, a bounce house and a visit from Radio Disney. Above, representative Merit Cutler of “Farm Fresh to You” in the Capay Valley (left) chats with a visitor to her table. The festival, sponsored by the City of West Sacramento, was the first of its kind. Close to a hundred people were on hand when the News-Ledger dropped by on Saturday afternoon.
