CB nips Raiders in football opener

FROM THE WEST SACRAMENTO NEWS-LEDGER — AUG 29, 2012 –

Christian Brothers nipped River City High School’s varsity football team 23-20 in the Raider season opener on the home field on Friday.

  The River City junior varsity team lost its match, 27-12.

This Friday, the Raiders host Yuba City at home. Varsity game time is 7:30 p.m.
