FROM THE NEWS-LEDGER – The West Sacramento Friends of the Library plan an “Everybody has a Heritage” event beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 4 at the library, 1212 Merkley Avenue. Organizers plan a fun event with music and dancing from different cultures, centering around reading and literature. School-age children and their parents are invited.
